CB through speakers

Has anyone ever tried to hook up the CB so it comes in through the speakers??

well, i used that tape thing that you can plug into an ipod or portable CD player or whatever and plugged it into the Ext. Speaker jack on the cb, and it worked, but was only coming through the back left speaker. any ideas on how to make it come through all speakers?? i think it has something to do with converting it from mono to stereo, but i could be wrong. anyone know??

fyi the reason im doing this is because my cb's not working properly...people can hear me, but i can't hear them, so maybe the internal speaker is bad.

I beleive that the CB speaker output is mono. So if you go to radio shack and get a mono to stereo adapter it should work. You could also try a radio frequency adapter that is used with IPODS also. Not sure if it trasmits as stereo or mono.
