Everything checks out fine. My mechanic is stumped. No bad sensors or anything. TPS was adjusted and IAC cleaned and that help about 75%. It still surges a little. It doesn't matter what speed 10 mph or 65 mph. Any suggestings on what else to check? Thanks

Fuel pressure regulater. Unhook it and see if it stops surging. You will have to put a screw or something in the vacuum line to plug it tempo while you try it though.

The injectors, I don't know. How would you go about checking them?

The fuel filter could probably use changing. I'll pick one up this evening.

Fuel filter - ok
Injectors - ok
Fuel pressure regulator - ok

Here's something I forgot to mention. When I hook up the air temp. sensor on the engine it gets worse, if I unplug it it's better but still surges. I've been driving with it unplugged. The sensor is ok. It reads normal. Does that give anyone any clues?

How are your grounds?
