which shoes do i buy... autozone had 2 options....one with 10 1/2'' and one with 9 1/2''...is there anyway to tell beside takin the drum oof to measure?!

u might look at the front edge of the drum for a max dia spec. if it is around 10 1/2 get the 10 1/2's or the other way around

unless you have the Police Package (unlikely) you have the 9 1/2. My 2000 has the 9.

My '00 8.25 has a metric designation on the drum lip - 230 MM That works out to about 9 inches. (That's probably no help at all, is it?)

Get some ZJ pads. Then get the rest of the brakes and backing plates.
Last time I did my drums, I just crawled underneath and measured on my 97. You can tell the difference between 9 and 10 even measuring all of 1.5" or so off of center...
