Just a ball park figure.......
most of the weight of a typical exo is above the existing CG, so it might move your CG up an inch, give or take a few mm.jeepdeepfreak said:Will an exo cage weighing 200lbs significantly impact the cog?And can I expect a worthwhile increase in chassis stiffness from an exo?

the typical exo will do very little to increase chassis stiffness. The added weight will decrease suspension frequency which feels like added stiffness to the driver, but isn't.
roll over strength and chassis stiffness are two different measuresashmanjeepxj said:It can't do its job and would be pointless if it didnt increase chassis stiffness.... just roll the chassis as is since it wont increase the stiffness.
An Exo has to be wider then a internal cage so it typically will weigh afew pounds more. both are cages so if done right both should tie into the frame and body to strengthen it.

if you think an exo isnt going to stiffen the chassis your not thinking about it right.
think about how a unibody works, the roof and pilars are what make it structual.
using tube for pillars will stiffen it more.
