ZJ Track Bar Upgrade

I know I've seen several threads about this and I have searched but haven't had much luck. Is the ZJ V8 Track Bar a bolt on for my 99 XJ? I need a newer, cheap track bar that's easy too install. Being a broke college student I can't afford the JKS unit for a few more months, but I need a new track bar now. I can't take anymore of the harsh bumps and front end shimmy and neither can my passengers. And no, I have ruled out the RE1600,1-ton steering, double steering stabilizer, and hydraulic assist...This is a daily driver and occaisonal weekend warrior. Oh yeah, I have the 3" OME lift w/ 31's. I think ur confusing the track bar for the Tie Rod from a ZJ
