SkyJacker sub-frame arm length

can you use stock length arms with the sky jacker sub frame? I have box rancho lowers with stock uppers. I want to buy a sky jacker sub frame to improve my angles but can i use the arms I have now or do I need sky jacker ones?

Either buy Skyjacker arms for it, or have some built. They are longer than the stock/aftermarket pieces by about 4".
