so i'm building a 4.0 based stroker to replace my old 258. gonna fuel inject it and planning on using a 99 style intake. the question is wiring harness and computer. should i use the simpler 91-95 wiring harness and computer, or the 96+ that matches the intake? i've got a wiring harness for a 99, but it's for an auto and i run a manual. i don't know if i need a different harness, or if i just need the manual computer. i could go for any suggestions/opinions thanks guys
