Skyjacker 2" Spacer/Shackle Lift Kit

I just purchased the SkyJacker 2" Spacer/Shackle Lift Kit with Nitro Shocks (Quadratec Part No: 76117.800). All was going well until I tried to install the metal upper shackle bushing into the urethane bushings. The metal bushing is about 3/8" too long. No problem I ground it down until it fit but then the second problem arose. The inner diameter of the metal bushing is too small for the bolt that attaches to the upper part of the shackle. Anybody else have this problem?
