rear output seal on TC leaking!

I have a 97 4dr XJ. Auto with 242 TC. 3.5 lift, did the hack N tap a few years ago, about a year ago the snap ring broke on the seal and chewed it up, had a shop replace it as I didn't have time and needed my DD.

Now a year later, it appears to be leaking slowly out of the TC where the rear output shaft comes out...

How do I replace this seal on a 242?
