I am new here and have searched pretty hard to solve this before I posted this. I have a 98 XJ with 4.5" RE lift, 4:10 gears, wore out 32x10.5x15 tire on rims with 3.5" to 4" back spacing. It appears I need all that back spacing.
Here is the cat I have to skin: I have a set of 235/85R16 BFG M/T with 3/4 tread off my pickup (32" and FREE). They would be great for now, I'm kind of a narrower tire guy due to the snow conditions in the winter. I also see my self regearing to 4:56 in the next year or two and there are alot more 33" narrow tire option in 16", my problem is I can't find a 7"x16" rim with the same back spacing. Where can I find black steel rims with those specs or am I going about this the wrong way? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
