zj front driveshaft longer..?

When I was looking for one for my sye I found them to be longer. The one I used measured 34.5" extended eye to eye, longer than the xj's I found in the junkyard.

yes it is an inch longer compressed and has more travel.
when compressed u-joint to u-joint without the CV attached is 29 compressed and 33.5 extended
