Believe it or not, I couldn't find this in search.

Door locks! I know this is a common problem, my 91 power door locks barely work at all, and the door lock on the passenger door for the 96 doesn't work very well either.

What is the fix for this? WD40? Should I take apart the door and get a new motor or something?

You're on the right track. Pull the door skin off and lube everything up. You'lll want to use a lubricant that'll stick to the parts after you clean them off with the WD. if you can't get them freed up that way then change actuator motors.
