rear axle swap

Hi, I´d like to ask - I have a plan in near future to do an axle swap on my jeep XJ. I want to replace old and weak Dana 35 with Ford explorer 8.8" which I ´ve already bought and have ready in my garage. The question is, have you got any tips, where to buy a cardan carrier (some distance piece or how its called) to connect axle with cardan? --- as jeepers know, jeep has cross holder and ford have a round part with 5 holes... thankx very much for your help

thanxs mate.... I know that it looks silly and to be honest I personaly hate users who can´t use a search buttom, but this forum is really huge and I ask because I couldnt find it... appologize for that, good luck :flipoff:
