Engine swap

I have a 1990 Laredo I just removed a locked up engine from. I have a 1996 Country as well that I'm using as an engine donor. What would be the easiest way to deal with the wireing in this swap? Where is the computer in the 90'? Its not on the inner fender like the 96'. Also.. Could the CPS from the 96 work in a 90' tranny, I noticed the 90's actually protrudes through the bell housing unlike the 96'.

Computer is under the dash. Its a yellow box. Don't know the rest

The computer on the 90 is not the yellow box. It is a metal box about 7x9" running vertical under the dash to the right of the steering column.

The yellow box is the cruise control.
