Shifter boot

I saw a write up where a piece of stretchy material was use to replace the stock shifter boot. Does any one remember this? I searched under shift boot but did not find the write up.Thanks, any help is appreciated.

Side Note: It's XX months later and it's still awesome, nothing ripped and it wont rip. helds up great and it looks damn good.
