Vibes after SYE/Driveshaft Install!

Hi, I just got done installing a RE4.5 inch lift with 33s. I also installed a Hack and Tap SYE with the rubicon express driveshaft.

Took it out for it's first test drive today, and had some vibes under load, and under acceleration only at around 20-30 mph. It doesn't vibe while deaccelerating. It seems to shake the entire car almost. I was reading on the instructions that my pinion angle is to high. I currently have shims installed with my leafs, should I take them out?

Your pinion should be pointing at the transfer case output, roughly 2 degrees below it to account for torque load.
