RE Drop Bracket Questions

Well i am trying to help a buddy of mine out with his first lift and need some info. i have ran the rubicon express control arm drop brackets on my xj and they have done great even though there not long arms, but i was wondering if the drop brackets are compatible with a ZJ?

The drop brackets themselves are(RE9900). The braces are not(RE9905).

I don't think they are compatible as the control arm mounts on the body are different.

alright, thanks.

Well i dont know if i would let him just run the brackets without the braces.
maybe we can fab up some braces, why won't the braces work? would i just have to redrill the holes on the braces to fit the crossmember or...?

They aren't compatible with a ZJ at all.

uh, different frame dude. won't work. I wouldn't put the drop brackets on in any case, BUT most definitely wouldn't put them on without the braces
