I know this is a XJ site but im barly getting any info from other sites.....
I have a 89 YJ 4.2L 235 000km and it has a MC2100 carb installed on it. My question is has anyone on here know of anybody that has passed a emissions test with one of these. I am having one hell of a time passing..... The results that failed were...
HC ppm 90(limit) 314(reading) FAIL
CO% 0.5(limit) 8.22(reading)FAIL
everything else passed...
Any sites that show how to tune this carb?
