Sits under the dash, next to the fuse box. i think its supposed to be plugged into the fuse box.

it's fione as it is, it should be secured to the lower dash panel.
I'm assuming you've got an 87-90 jeep there as the fuse panel looks like mine.
Next time post at least the year of your junk.

the pic showed a brown wire going nowhere i think.
In another post I read it had a spade terminal.
Have someone hold the horn button down (assuming it doesn't work from the pic) and plug it into the "batt" hole that was open in the pic I saw of the fusebox. . If it works, cut the brown wire and insert a fuseholder with i dunno a 7 amp fuse.
