Front wheel bearings, I think

Just want to confirm with the experts, the symptoms are:

1. Slight vibration that has gotten gradually worse over time, only at 70+ MPH.

2. Worse vibration/growl that has happened twice. Can be kind of felt through front passenger floor. 1st time started at low speed when turning right. Went away after 2 blocks. 2nd time it started when I put it in 4wd high at about 50 MPH - went away within a mile.

Can a wheel bearing be intermittent?
I think it's the passenger side, will the other side likely fail soon?

I have recently changed rear u-joints (because of #1 above, but it didn't go away), and front rotors (they were just worn out).

thanks.,..

Jack it up.

Hands at 12 & 6

Wiggle....if it moves check to make sure it is not the ball joints moving...it the ball joints are solid (and they should be) check for play at the unit bearing....if it moves...replace it.

It sounds like a unit bearing, but I would still check.
