Gauge/radio electrical problems.

Made a mistake and blew a couple of fuses. The cig lighter and the 12 power socket. i replaced the fuses and now the radio and gauge cluster will not work. I didn't pull the cluster but I did pull off the face plate that is under the steering wheel and the plate around the cluster.

The gauges don't work but there are a couple of the ignition lights kick on. No odometer. Thoughts?

did u ever figure it out. i have 96 and i did a face plate swap and now nothing works? any ideas?
