87 Wagoneer T-Case oil

Hey, in my 87 Wagoneer with a 242 T/Case, auto trans, 4.0, d 44 and d 35. What grade of oil dose the T/Case require. I ask because I have been told ATF by some and 80-90 by others. After my tranny fluid problem ( speedy lube used ATF+4 instead of DEX-2) I wanna get this correct. Thanks.
 
ATF what? Dex, +4, ?
