I'd ask the machine shop that'll be doing the work. They'll be more than happy to supply parts, and since they make a few bucks off parts might give a better deal on labor..
rockauto.com has good prices on parts ($30 for correct Sealed Power iron piston ring set for 4.0, $60 for moly rings), Jcwhitney has a nice top end gasket set for 40.
Above site (federal-mogul's catalog) will give you correct part numbers for just about anything in the engine. Either way you are probably better off shopping around a bit and piecing things together.
