I jsust got back from a going away party for one of my friends. he is heading off to camp Pendleton(sp?) for boot camp, then to the sand pit afterwards.

I'm @ work got the jeep running decent again durring lunch. And bored as hell surfing the forum as usual.

looks like you guys are having fun. I just want the night to be over so I can go home and sleep. I getting off graveyard starting very soon though so I'm happy about that.

yeah and I be getting friday and saturdays off so I'll finally be able to party and have some sort of a social life.

It's the meds - I have a natural tendency to keep strange hours, and my neurologist has me on amitriptylene to help with post-traumatic headaches (from getting hit by a car a year and a half ago.)

Unfortunately, the other one she put me on a fortnight ago (which I just stopped taking - it was making things worse instead of better...) was keeping me up until 0400-0500 or thereabouts, which was getting old (and putting a crimp in my sex life. My wife has to get up at 0700 for work. I work at home and look after her mother.)

So, I'm getting the Topamax out of my system, and we'll see if I can return to some semblance of normal. Playing with your brain chemistry can have some funny effects on you. Worst part is - I haven't been drinking, since I was starting the Topamax on the three-week ramp-up dosage and I wanted to see what to expect (I went from zero to pi**ed in no-thing flat, my short-term memory was shorter than my nose, and my eyes weren't tracking properly. Was it worth not having headaches? I don't think so - I'm used to pain enough to function through it. Time for Plan B, doc...)

Anyhow, my brain chemistry keeps getting played around with, and it does odd things to me. The Hell of it is - it's not even a fun ride...

yeah Ive been working Grave since november and it messes with my head a little and makes getting anything done @ school a PITA. Also makes going on dates midweek impossible or on weekends for that matter when you are working Friday and Saturday nights

I'll vouch for ya Matt. Josh and I were killin a handle of 7 in the back yard last night. I saw lightning towards Tacoma but there was no rain.

I saw the lightining clear out in Fall City. Didn't stop till I got home, well, at 2 am or so.

i'm up at 2 am.........2am here anyhow, means midafternoon there.

So I spent the last 3 nights talking to this girl, things seemed to be going well. Sounded like I was going to get a date out of it. Then she uttered three words that made me delete her from my phone and contact list pretty much instantly. Any guess as to what those words were?
