what camshaft should i get?

hey everyone, im looking for a camshaft for my Cherokee. i would like one that has a nice lope to it. what cam should i go with? right now i have a free flow exhaust, cold air intake and bored out throttle body. any help would be great! :wave1:

Since some aftermarket cams developed premature lobe wear early in the life of the engine, stick to the stock unit that you already have.

ok thanks Dr. Dyno. ive heard that your the expert on the Jeep stroker. I want to build a 4.5 for my Cherokee. i heard that if i use a 4.2 crankshaft from a 87-90 wrangler that the nose won't have ot be trimmed by 10mm. any truth to that? also, if you don't mind me asking, how much was your machine shop work minus boring out the block, thanks :cheers:
