Best economical shocks for 7" lift?

Very soon I'm upgrading to the following setup:

Fronts:
RE 5.5" Coil Springs + 1.5 Coil Spacers

Rears:
RE 5.5" HD Leaf Springs + 6" Boomerang Shackle

My goal is 7" of lift. (I'm at 6" but really sagged out now)

I need to know what the best option would be for lowest cost shocks. This is a trail-mostly rig that already rides like crap so I'm not worried about comfort as much as I am trail worthiness and price.

Suggestions?

Also what brake lines should I consider running? Or should I get a local shop to do some custom ones?

I've run Rancho 5000's for years. That means I have to replace them every year. I'm going to Bilstien 5150's.

Go with the 7100s if you can afford a little more. You can rebuild them yourself. or have a shop do it for very little ($50 a pair here).

Skyjacker Hydro 7000's. Im at 6.5 and they are the last thing limiting my flex. and when you buy 4 you get 35 bucks cash back. They ride pretty smooth.
