I just put the RE 5.5 and as i was lowering the truck with the coils in place it seemed like the springs would go loose if i flexed alot or got air is this normal and i dont have a clip for one sid. they also went in withno problem with no spring compressor

straps an shocks will stop that. when you put your coils in the shocks where off right?

Yeah, that's normal. I like to call it "cheater droop"

It is normal for them to unseat from the top, but make sure you have clips on the bottom!!!

Also make sure they don't unseat too much, limiting straps will fix this.

Deffinitly... one of my c-clips fell off and now the spring on the drivers side always unseats its self when I go off roading. I use a combination of my hi lift jack and the hammer to get it back in place and that barely works for me, it seems to like to unseat its self easy but hates to go back in and stay there.
