not to long ago my check engine light just stop working i cant get the blink codes to flash and it dose not come on when the key is in the accessory position. the bulb is fine so i checked the service engine lamp wire comeing from the pcm and it only gets vary little voltage when the ignition is on like 00.15 volt any ideas? PCM? its a 94 xj with a 4.0
