Speedometer Gear Question, 2WD w. AW-4

Recently regeared to 4.10 (from 3.55) and increased tire size to 31". My speedometer now reads about 8MPH low (according to the cop who presented me with a speeding ticket late last night :flamemad: ). So where is the speedo gear on a 2WD 1991 MJ w. electronic speedometer so I can change it out?
