high speed steering shake

hi all seems im getting steering wheel shake at around 80mph also car feels every bump heavily on offside front, was told at garage tyres are wearing evenly i have a cherry 99 4l any help would be appreciated

Most common steering wheel shake is usually front tires being out of balance.

Bump steer can just be a bad steering stabilizer...
