Help finding the right torque converter.

I'm in the middle of an engine swap and was contenplating replacing the torque converter while i was at it. Anyone have suggestions on what torque converter to use or give me some info about high stall vs low stall. It's for a aw4 and I am running 4.88 gears with 35's.

Don't have any solid proof but it seems the converter in my 97 is much looser than my friends with older XJs. I personally like it, makes some crawling a little easier at times.
