Bumpstop bolt hole size?

What size drill bit do I need to drill the hole in the coil bucket for my Rubicon Express bumpstop? I know it taps its own thread but I just need to know what size drill bit works the best? Thanks!
 
I actually find they work better if you tap the hole first,the self-tappers dont work all that well.
