Anyone been up to Lava Lake SE of Bend? Wife decided that's where she wants to go on vacation. Anyone know any places to get the Jeep super silly?

When I lived over in bend and Madras I always wheeled private land, might want to check a few of the different nw websites I think raven offroad or timbercrawlers regularly does runs out by Prineville, not too far of a haul from lava lake. I know if you want to go south of bend on 97 towards crescent lake there are a ton of fire roads/forest service roads, not really anything hardcore though.
Not much help, but I lived over there for about five years, saw a ton of nicely built rigs, but that was when I was running a one ton crew cab chevy so I was not really into rocks or trails.
