getting a little wobble at 55 runnin 31's with stock control arms if i get new lowers will that solve the problem?

Just that may not solve it. Check the track bar, ball joints, steering joints, all for slop. Another possibility is that the tires could be out of balance some.

Definitely check the tires. I just cured my death wobble yesterday after installing my lift this weekend, which I also installed a JKS Trac bar, and Skyjacker Stabilizer, and after a fresh alignment today I still have a slight wobble that comes around 55mph. I plan to have my tires balanced tomorrow to see if that helps.

4 in the front 4 1/2 rear hd adj trackbar and tie rod rancho stabalizer and drop pitman arm
