'no bus' message on odometer

I was driving the other night and my check engine light came on and a message 'no bus' appeared on the odometer. All my gauges were working except the tach and speedometer. Other than the message and the 2 gauges, the Jeep drove like normal. I went about 100 yards or so and the light went off. I have not had any issues since.

Any thoughts?

You should see a trend with these. Its amazing what 2 minutes of searching can find.....

I actually spent more than 2 minutes searching. I didn't just search guages b/c I figured I would get several posts. Maybe I should have. Thanks for the links...

No prob. At least its an easy fix, and not something wrong with your truck.
