Went wheelin this weekend and when we went to leave the jeep started to die only when I pushed in the gas all the way. In first its bad but when I put it in second it is better but still when I give it gas it chokes. It does not do this when not in gear. Only happens in gear and in all gears. I hope it's not my trans

Check your fuel pressure. It will idle fine but when opening it up for more fuel it leans it out then you get an open loop condition. This is caused from low fuel pressure.

after checking fuel pressure, you might need to clean out your IAC, and other items in the throttle body

Thanks I'll check it out. Also it only happens under load. Could it be the crank senser? Last time the crank senser just wouldn't start the rig but some one said that it may have mud all over it.

Check for a vaccum leak as well.

Check your throttle body positioning sensor. Mine just took a poop last weekend while wheeling and had the same symptoms.

It was the wire from the crank sensor went bad
