Bouncing idle

I've been trying to isolate this problem for a year or so now.
Idle bounces between 200-700rpm when hard braking.
Idle bounces between 200-700rpm during sharp turns.

Doesn't matter if it is in 4lo or 2hi, but it doesn't happen all of the time. It does occasionally stall out when crawling, regardless of how much fuel is in the tank.

I've cleaned grounds.

IAC, MAP, TPS, coolant sensor < 1 year old

Fresh tune up

Good Vacuum

Brand new cat converter.

Torque converter is good.

Fuel pressure is good.

Any ideas?
