Mystery harnesses 92 XJ 4.0L

I'm in the process of installing my rebuilt motor, having the crank and no start symptoms. Haven't done much troubleshooting, was getting late last night.
I found to harnesses that aren't connected. Any help would be appreciated. I don't think they are very important, but wanted to see what they are.

This one is beside the battery. I think it is a horn harness.


This one is between the alternator harness connector and coolant tank.

No clue what this one is.:dunno:

The bottom harness is for diagnostic test I think. The top one looks to be the same but it could be for a horn.

Could also be for a battery temp sensor, I know the 97+'s have them.
