No spark from Coil, CPS good, what to check next?

First off, thanks to everyone who has helped me this far in finding out why my recently purchases 96 cherokee 4.0 will not start. The coil is not giving out a spark, but I changed it out with a new coil and same deal. Also changed out the CPS no spark. What do I check next? Anything else I can trace it back to? I havea 95 cherokee also so parts are pretty much the same and I can do some quick swaps. Is there any way to check the computer? Which fuses control spark? Thanks!

are you checking for spark at the coil or at the coil wire or at the spark plug?

I heard something about a ballast relay controlling starting/fuel flow. Not sure, but maybe it has something to do with controlling spark, too??

I have checked for spark at the spark plug, and pulled the center wire from the distributor and checked it there. ( one side of wire connected to coil, the other connected to the spark teseter.

will the coil get no power if the camshaft sensor is bad or disconnected?
