Home powder coating guns?

Any of you guys try one of these things? I guess craftsman is making one now and there is also a DIY setup. Not a bad price, but does it work?

Here's the link for all the goodies that Sears has. Hopefully, it can use a standard composition of powder - Eastwood has way many more colours...

I have been running a powder coat system for about 5 years now. I got mine from Eastwood. It works great. Getting the correct powders can be a pain. I finally set up a commercial account with Cardinal.

I have a small desktop oven for small parts and use multiple propane radiant heaters and a non-contact IR thermometer on large items such as bumpers. It takes a while but it does a good job.

Have used them in the past but only real problem is finding a oven big enough for what you are doing.... one day its brakets and then ............. BAM you are trying to find an oven that will fit your frame LOL

Yeah - I need to start researching propane/LPG oven builds again. I'd like to build something big enough to hold a good-sized bumper or five wheels, and go up to about 400*F or so (cures most coatings.)
