Anywho, I got 2 questions:

First I put on my 1660 and my hd bracket and had to drill out the bracket on the diff to 1/2 in since the bushing sleeve and bolt are 1/2 but there was nothing in the RE page that said anything about that. Is the reason why its 1/2 for the D44?? Not a big deal just wondering.

And Im running 4.5in of lift and it seems that my trackbar (since its quite thicker now) rubs a little bit on the bracket edge (due to the thickness i guess) any one else have this problem? Im running the D30 still. Is there a fix for it rubbing? Only been running it for a week.

do you have adjustable CA's? if so mayhaps you can lengthen them all to push the axle fwd, b/c it looks like it is just hitting the fwd side of the mount. i have this setup also and have my axle fwd a bit with no problema.

as for the bolt size, u've got it done now anyway, but i suspect that 1/2" bolt is an upgrade to the older and smaller metric that used to come with the TB along with a rather crappy poly bushing. looks like RE fixed the weak spot :)

Why do all the RE guys use the darned kit numbers? It means nothing to me unless I go look it up at the RE web site to find out what kit it is....wouldn't it be easier to just say re 4.5" or something like that?

Anyways...yeah, I'd suggest just lengthening your lower arms or getting adjustable arms. I agree with Otter, the axle could come forward a bit more for the height you're at.

Well not really sure what other way to put it than 1660 cause thats the track bar # not the lift kit. Could have said "RE trackbar" but then ya would have thought of the 1600 that most hate (single sheer). Anywho yea i dont have adj. LCAs just fixed ones. Didnt think that running this TB would end up with this kind of problem seeings how i ditched the TB drop bracket and stock TB.I just jumped to this and the HD bracket. Guessin its off to spending another 2k on parts to find out i need others again.:flamemad:At this rate Ill never get my sye, locker and bumpers done.

Shouldn't cost you that much just for adjustable arms....hell, buy some threaded johnny joint and a tube insert and make your own....or have some guy from your local chapter help you if you don't have access to a welder.
