new shackles

since i have a newer year XJ and i dont have the money for a SYE right now, i am thinking of putting new shackles and new coils to give me a little more height. i want to put on skids and new bumpers before i go higher and i know that this will drop my height. will lift shackles and RE3.5 spings help or will the RE springs bring my front up too high. i want to keep the overall height between 3.5-4. i am at 3 right now. the front springs are sagging a bit so i want to replace them all together. i have thought about just going with new 3in coils and spacers, who makes good 3in springs and what are the best spacers to get. one last thing, should i go ahead and put on new lower control arms or just wait till i get the new lift. the new lift wont be till next year
