bumper and mount designs??

i've been searching all over naxja and i know i saw a thread that had pictures of bumper mounts and some strong mounts. i'm gonna be building my own front and rear bumper and would like to get some ideas on good strong mounts. thanks for the help

There are also two pics of the front frame plates with dimensions labeled on them. DI Didn't see them in my quick search but take the time and search the Modified Tech Forum.
