where to buy grease adapter

where do I get a needle bearing adapter for my grease gun? the only ones in town it seems are the ones from advance auto farts and autodrone. Hate those stores. They only have the type to squeeze grease into a cv boot via a needle.

I thought they were common but try this. Iv'e seen a few of the regular type that you unscrew the outer regular tip and it exposes a needle tip. Two tips in one. Maybe yours allready has it.

good parts stores will have them, or maybe check harbor freight.
