Im trying to gauge interest in my 29 spline 8.25... so let me know if you're interested in the whole setup or parts..

Here is what is it:

29 spline Chrysler 8.25 (going rate 150.00?)
Precision 4.56 Ring & Pinion (200.00)
Precision Master Install Kit (Timken bearing,etc.) (100.00)
Powertrax No-Slip (not Lockright, the No-slip is Silent) (385.00)
Hi-cleananced lower shock mounts (priceless....)

The gears/locker were installed and setup at Universal Automotive of Concord, North Carolina in January of 07' (225.00)

I have found something I would like to pursue and would like to move my 8.25.

I have over 1000.00 into this axle and the gears are silent and always ran with Lucas 85-140 gear oil (even during break-in). Maybe 3500 miles on the gears, tops..

I would like to get:

Whole axle set up ready to bolt into an XJ/MJ = $750.00

OR

Powertrax No-Slip = $325.00

Loaded 4.56 carrier and pinion (ready to be dropped into another 8.25 or upgrade from 27sp to 29sp and gear all at once) = $275.00

29 Spline shafts = $100.00

Just a FYI. MJ and XJ axles are not "bolt-in" interchangeable. So unless you are planning on moving spring perches for the buyer, it's got to be one or the other.

my bad, it will require you to move spring perches to bolt into an MJ (I can do it if you want me to)

spring perches and shock locations are different.

I'll take the shafts...

might be interested on the whole shebang...
