SYE vrs. Longer driveshaft

would it be worth getin my rear stock driveshft lenghted to help with the lift im kinda short on cash so anything cheap is good enough for me

driveshaft length is not the main concern nor the reason for a SYE, it's the angle of the driveshaft.

well i have a 96 XJ wiht 33's and a 4 inch trailmaster and 2inch spacers in front and 2inch blocks out back would therre be a concern wiht all that then

you can turn the leaf mounts on your rear axle to correct the angle haha:yap: but its not worth doing any cheap fixes on your driveline

and yeah you probably need an sye, but you might also think about getting rid of the spacers and blocks... esp the blocks


oops i thought he had a 4" lift plus 2" spacers and blocks, t case drop in that case, i had some made out of solid steel stock for like 10 bucks, had the welding shop drill the holes
