no horn or turn signals

So I am new to naxja but not new to the jeep thing. I had my dash all apart to fix the loose tilt steering column and there is one wire with a orange plug on the end. I cannot find where it goes. I know this is a really vague description. I am at work and will not be able to take pictures of it until later tonight. Oh I guess i should include some kind of specs. 91 Cherokee Loradeo, aw4, and 4x4.
