I have a Dana 44 front axle out of an '88 Grand Wagoneer. Driver Drop, 2.72 gears, complete, set up as spring under. I ran this myself; there are no problems that I know of except for surface rust. Asking $100 plus the ride, or best offer. You pay gas $ and I can meet a reasonable distance from Marion, IN (about halfway between Fort Wayne and Indianapolis).

I also have two sets of 3.54 gears for Dana 44 axles. $20 per set plus shipping. I'll throw in one set with the axle for free.
