Making some tail light boxes!

Well I finally got my welder plugged in and decided to try it out.

I only have one side done. Well almost done anyways. They are just sitting in place right now so they are not lined up like they will be when they are bolted in place. So far I think they are turning out good. Now I will be able to cut and fold my rear panels and move my air hose up into the new taillight box.

Looks good! What kind of lights do you plan on running? I say go for some LED's, or cheaper trailer lights(cheaper to replace).

I am going to get some LED's, just not sure yet if I am going to get the round or oval ones. I would like to put in some good back up light also but the LED backup lights are a bit pricey.

I don't really know my steel that well but its a bit over a 1/16th so what is that about a 12 gauge?

Of the 7 to 9 thousand dollars I have spent on this thing the $35 air hose is the coolest.

don't get me wrong those taillights are nifty. but they will be even niftier when your 35 dollar airhose sticks out of them

the thing holding me back from copy catting was the desire for the hose to be higher . which he appears to be fixing now.
