WTB: 97-99 XJ non-modded for $3k or less.

Looking for a clean 97-99 XJ with 4.0L. Like to have under 125k miles and in good shape. 2wd or 4wd, color, or 2/4 dorr does NOT matter. Willing to drive a little ways for a good deal, located in Birmingham, AL.

I'm just looking for a DD that get decent mpg.
